Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using FloatSnap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License

When you purchase FloatSnap, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 5 Mac computers that you own or control.

You may not:

Free trial

FloatSnap offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial expires, a valid license key is required to continue using the app. No credit card is required for the trial.

Pricing

The current launch price is a one-time payment of $5 for a lifetime license. This price may change at any time. Once purchased, your license is valid forever regardless of future price changes.

Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

Refunds

Since FloatSnap offers a free 14-day trial, we generally do not offer refunds — you can try the full app before buying. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the app, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work it out.

Updates

Your license includes free updates for the lifetime of the product. Updates are delivered through the built-in Sparkle auto-updater. We are not obligated to provide updates on any schedule.

Disclaimer

FloatSnap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humor Media and the creators of FloatSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Screen recording

FloatSnap requires macOS Screen Recording permission to function. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of screen capture complies with applicable laws and any applicable workplace or institutional policies.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke a license if these terms are violated, such as redistributing the software or sharing license keys. If your license is revoked for cause, no refund will be issued.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FloatSnap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
